I have just picked up this RPG and am really intrigued by the rule­set. I’ve only ever played basic table­top games like D&D and the rules, while very inter­est­ing, are a bit over­whelm­ing. I can well under­stand that some of the con­cepts of Blade are daunt­ing if you have only ever played games like D&D. I would advise you to pay very good atten­tion espe­cially to the Pas­sion Attribute mechanic, both in the book and in the dis­cus­sion threads here, as this is a mechanic the likes of which you prob­a­bly have never ever encoun­tered, but which is really cen­tral to Blade.

I am on no chat ser­vices at all and have no inten­tion of chang­ing that, oth­er­wise I would gladly help you. Maybe some other more expe­ri­enced mem­ber would give you a hand. Until some­body comes for­ward I advise you to look at some of the threads here, which should cover pretty much all you would like to ask.
