Hello,
In devel­op­ment.
Not sure if this has been done before, so I don’t have to rein­vent the wheel :)

Base tem­plate came from a TROS ver­sion.

Let me know if I missed any­thing. I have no skill in Word, so the process is a learn­ing curve.

PS; if you open this and get the yel­low bar across the top with ‘Pro­tected View’, you need to click the Enable Edit­ing to get the proper lay­out. I don’t know why it presents it in a dif­fer­ent lay­out when you just click the x.

Note; don’t fall over.
If any body has skill with this sort of lay­out, I am hav­ing a prob­lem with the line spac­ing. Can’t seem to get it to work.
I wanted a bit of space between each line and then slightly larger gap between points.
